I went to Dutch brothers and got a Palm Beach Rebel blended . I also asked for 3 shots on the side. The drink was very refreshing on a hot Saturday morning. Omar was fast with my order. I also talked to the manager at Dutch Brothers about the new location in Fullerton being built. A very nice manger.

This business center contains a Baskin-Robbins; therefore, 5-stars!

There's always plenty of parking and they have a great donut shop also they have Dutch Bros

The center is run down. The parking lot and landscaping is shoddy. The anchor tenant space was Rite Aid but is now vacant. The homeless have taken over the space behind the building. There's grafitti everywhere and now the main sign on Rosecrans is destroyed (from a very tragic multiple fatality car crash). It needs new vision and/or ownership. The restaurants and Beach Spa are certainly a draw, but the parking lot is too big. It could use more dining especially some covered out door eating.

I was at the center for Dr. Anthony Cho, Chiropractor, who I see twice a month for my back. He's a great guy, who can usually give you the appointment time and day you want, even on short notice.
