As a dry cleaning business owner, I navigated the complexities of high employee turnover and economic shifts for years using ADP. While it served a purpose, my industry demands a more high-touch, personalized approach. I’ve since transitioned to working with Genesis, and the difference is night and day. She provides a turnkey, white-glove experience that large providers simply can’t match. She transformed my operations by providing "a la carte" services, meaning I only pay for what I need. She manages the entire back-office lifecycle—payroll processing, check printing, tax reporting, and HR compliance—allowing me to focus on growth. Unlike a call center, Genesis provides in-person support. This "human element" gives my employees a tangible sense of security and professional stability. Genesis has been the flexible, patient partner I needed to stabilize my workforce and streamline my business.

In my experience with Genesis. It was very good. Especially because it was my first time doing taxes, and she was very helpful and understandable and made me feel secure and confident going into tax season. I appreciate the help that I got a lot and I definitely will be returning.

As a college student doing my taxes for the first time, I was honestly really nervous about the whole process. I didn't know what documents I needed, what deductions I qualified for, or how to make sure everything was filed correctly. That's why I'm so grateful I found Genesis. Genesis made the entire experience feel simple and stress-free. From the very beginning, her communication was clear, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain each step in a way I could actually understand, without ever making me feel inexperienced or overwhelmed. I really appreciated how responsive she was to my questions, no matter how small they seemed. Her attention to detail gave me so much confidence that my taxes were done accurately. She carefully reviewed everything, made sure all my information was correct, and even caught things I would have completely overlooked on my own. It was clear she genuinely cares about doing things right. On top of being knowledgeable and thorough, Genesis is also incredibly kind and professional. She creates such a welcoming environment, which made what I thought would be a stressful appointment actually feel comfortable and positive. And as a college student on a budget, I truly appreciated the fair and transparent pricing. I highly recommend this company to anyone, especially students or first-time filers.
