I needed to replace two AC units in my house and interviewed three companies. I decided on Temp Air and am thrilled that I did. Not only did they offer competitive pricing, but they recommended the exact right system for each section of my house. Edson was my Project Manager and was attentive throughout the process. The installation was supervised by Angel and he and his team were top notch. When the city inspector came to do the HERS testing, he told me this was one of the best installation jobs he’s ever seen, and is using the photos he took of my house as examples of how to do it right. This is exactly the kind of company you want.

I met with Ron from temp air systems and found him very pleasant. I used the information and pricing that he gave me and decided to hold off until my existing AC unit completely failed. He was very gracious about me holding off and gave me some pointers on how to adjust my existing system to work more efficiently. I will definitely be calling him when it's time to replace my unit.

Our service technician Israel, is very knowledgeable and very proficient. He did an excellent job performing the 21 point inspection on our system. Christine the contract manager, is very serviceable and willing to assist. I highly recommend Temp Air.

We had a great experience with Temp Air System Inc. We called from a remote location on behalf of our senior family member who was unable to turn off the AC at his home. Temp Air understood the issue and empathized with the situation. They quickly dispatched Felipe to the location, who determined and resolved the issue within a few moments of arriving. In addition, Temp Air kindly offered a reduced rate for a very grateful 89 year old. 😊

We worked with Temp Air to remove our old central air system to a mini-split system. We worked with Matt on the sales team and he was fantastic. We were getting our roof done around the same time, which involved lots of coordination. Matt handled all this complexity with grace. My husband and I have worked with tons of contractors, and Matt was the best of the best. He helped answer all of our questions, was always super transparent, never pushed us on timelines or costs, and was regularly accessible over the course of the project. We also worked closely with Angel, who was a really great, hands-on team lead. Each of the individual guys who worked on the house were respectful, kind, and clean. We tried to keep some drinks & snacks available, and they were always so appreciative and went out their way to tell us thank you. A little bit after installation, we ran into a few small issues. The team came out to address them. We were a bit skeptical when a contractor has SUCH high ratings, but after working with them I totally get it. This review is something I felt compelled to write purely because I think it's so hard to find honest contractors who deliver a high-quality service, and Temp Air is exceptional. We're really happy with Temp Air which is good because HVAC is a huge investment. It's not cheap, but we're really satisfied with the mini splits and the team behind it.
