Marcella has amazing property listings, and is very sweet and responsive. I was in a time pinch to find a place and feeling like she had my back was so reassuring. Highly recommend!

I have been a stellar guest with Airbnb for years. I am disappointed with my experience. The original Airbnb listing stated that a maximum of six people could occupy the property, but it did not clearly disclose that visitors or guests who were not staying overnight would be prohibited from coming onto the property. Based on the listing, I reasonably believed that up to six people could stay at the property and that having friends or family visit during the day would be permitted. After booking, I learned that the host interpreted the rule differently and would not allow visitors on the property at all. When I accidentally canceled the reservation, I immediately contacted Marcela. She told me to contact Airbnb and agreed that the reservation should be reinstated,. She also agreed that she would call Airbnb herself and did so, to help get the reservation reinstated. Based on those assurances, I worked with Airbnb to resolve the issue and believed the matter would be corrected. However, despite agreeing to help reinstate the reservation, Marcela ultimately changed her position and would not allow the booking to be restored. As a result, I lost both the accommodation and a significant amount of money. Had the visitor restrictions been clearly disclosed in the listing from the beginning, I would have made a different booking decision. Likewise, had I known that the reservation would not ultimately be reinstated, I could have explored other options sooner. I believe listings should clearly communicate restrictions that may affect a guest’s ability to use a property as expected, and hosts should follow through on commitments made during the resolution process. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.. I would be very careful when trusting Marcella’s commitment to her word She is now saying she doesn’t have anything to do with Airbnb but is hosting the above mentioned property on their site. 🤔

Marcella was there every step of the way and went above and beyond our expectations. There was always an open line of communication. She explained everything to us in a way we could understand. Marcella answered all of our questions. If you need someone to get you your dream home she’s your woman and a Boss Woman at that too. Marcella is smart, polite, humble and non judgmental. My husband and I hired her because we trusted her to get the job done. Marcella got the job done. I highly recommend Marcella! Can’t wait to watch all the sunsets in our new home💗☀️🙌🏠🫶💗

Marcella is very professional, has an excellent knowledge of the current market conditions. Excellent communication skills, Marcella was always completely engaged throughout the process. Marcella because of her knowledge base she always maintained a confident professional attitude. Throughout the entire process we always felt we were Marcella's priority client. Marcella stated she would always take our questions at any point throughout the process, she promptly took phone calls in the evenings and on weekends.
