I recently sold my house in Laguna. It took awhile with the current situation in our economy. BUT, I want to share my experience with the most amazing realtor I have ever had the chance to work with. Rick McIntyre is the most conscientious professional, he went way out of his way to help me with first the buying of my home and then two and a half years later with the sale. Over the years I have lived in many homes in many areas as my family and career took me to new places. Rick made this process easy for me. I would recommend Rick a thousand fold. Liza Glenn

Best customer service with care. They always have the clients best interest as the first concern.

The realtor who has sold unit in my building and now has a rental in my building is incredibly rude and nasty and butts in where he doesn't belong.

I rent a condo in one of Surterre Properties in Laguna Beach. The application process and contract signage went smoothly utilizing innovative and resident-friendly contract signage tools over the internet. The handling of apt repair issues (e.g. major leaks in apt due to heavy rain) and sensitive neighboring issues have been handled by Vicky Melin and Neven Spralja of Surterre. I found both highly professional and their care in handling these sensitive situations was recognized. I was kept informed throughout until issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I truly appreciate their knowledge and experience in handling these types of situations. Thank you for that!
