Brock was truly amazing! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, kind, courteous, and incredibly respectful. He even wore shoe booties inside our home, which we really appreciated. Such a thoughtful detail! He was an absolute pleasure to talk to and so helpful. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered our questions, and quickly installed our new thermostat. What impressed us most was that Brock was originally only coming out for the thermostat installation, but he built our trust so quickly with his knowledge, genuine interest in our system, and overall approach that we decided to sign up for a service contract. He even took the time to embrace our doggies, which of course won us over even more! 🐾 Brock is exactly the kind of technician you hope shows up at your door, knowledgeable, trustworthy, personable, and someone who genuinely cares about his customers. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience and would highly recommend him. He is a wonderful representative of the company! We hope that Brock will become our personal service tech!

He did an excellent job, Troubleshoot the problem quickly, Steered me to the source to order a special fixture And freed up one of the angle stops that was right against a cabinet. As usual my service with DialOne was excellent. Kurt was my tech this time. He was very thorough and gave me all the information he gained from his service and analysis. I feel confident that I know exactly what the status is for my ac unit/heater. He took his time to explain everything to me and ensured I was satisfied and understood the situation. I would highly recommend DialOne. I’ve been using them for years.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an overpriced scam. We paid the price of a small car for our AC unit to be repaired and all the bells and whistles update back in the September timeframe - with the guise it would get us a couple more years. We’ve used it a small handful of times since and of course, 5 months later, when I try to turn it on, it’s now broken - full new unit needed entirely - a whopping $25-$40k. Who is paying $40k for an AC for a house? Not to mention the last time the thermostat broke and I was quoted $800 for the unit plus cost of services…. I can install that myself for 1/3 the price - and have a nice system. Do they come out to service quickly? Yes. Are their people nice? Yes. But the price gouging is insane and I feel bamboozeled
