Editing my review : Lanz reached out to us to forgive him and not to tell anyone. We opened our account again and Lanz insisted that we need to provide our card details to do so. We found out that our card was used by him as we were able to reach out and get the information from the platform that he used in the Philippines. This is a bad thing for the company to have employee like him. We have been a loyal customer to the platform and used it for many years which is disappointing. Who knows who else he has done it to. Be careful who you provide your information to.
