Shout out to our Home Shield Pest Control service person who is always helpful, efficient and professional. We're close to one year with them and we're still pleased with the consistency of service. Their five-star reviews honestly reflect the level of service we've received.

Nice people. Fine work. My concern is with their pricing structure. Three small spots of termites were identified. When the Tech got here only one small spot had termites. The tech was in and out in less than 90 minutes. For that we paid almost $1500. I talked to two other local companies about this project and both quoted me under $800 for the job I suggest if you have a small to medium sized job to get additional bids. After I left a similar review on Yelp, the sleazy sales manager called and offered to refund me some money to remove my review. When I didn’t take the money, he then offered me a warranty extension. When that didn’t work, he’s told me it would specifically hurt the tech to leave a less than five star review. I told him it was not about the Tech. It was about the corporate pricing structure. I don’t want to be bought off.. Smaller jobs should get multiple bits

Alex arrived on time and as promised for our quarterly service. He knows his business and product and shares this willingly. He explains what he will be doing and why. Always spends time answering my questions. Alex is a great technician and a wonderful representative of the company.

My technician, Brandon, was very thorough and methodical on placement of a variety of traps, sprays, and dehydrators depending on the current need. He always walks through the home making note of entry points, areas of excess humidity, and helps me understand what it is he is using and what it is targeted for. I’ve always had a great and transparent experience with HomeShield and will continue being their customer in the years to come!
