The shower faucet became difficult to turn off properly. I called this plumbing service for assistance. The technician replaced the cartridge inside the fixture. The faucet now shuts off easily.

A strange noise started coming from the bathroom pipes whenever water was used. I contacted this plumbing service for an inspection. The technician adjusted the pipe connections and cleared the line. The noise disappeared.

I reached out early in the morning and was impressed by the prompt response and attention I received. They quickly dispatched a technician, who was professional, polite, and well-informed. He identified the issue right away, took immediate steps to address it, and coordinated a follow-up visit from their contractor scheduled for this afternoon to take a closer look. I truly felt like a VIP. Many thanks to Laguna Beach Plumbing Pros!

Our old water heater stopped operating all of a sudden one day. Billy and his colleague identified the problem, replaced the water heater for us, and fixed numerous other parts (automatic feed flow value, expansion tank, and pressure relief valve). The work was done flawlessly, even with the challenging access in the basement and the intense summer heat. Billy also managed to squeeze our job in on very little notice. Much obliged.

Billy addressed a leak at my residence quite promptly. He located the leak and arrived on schedule. He gave expert repair suggestions and sealed the leak the same day. After two days, he returned to fully resolve the issue. If you ever need an urgent repair, I wholeheartedly suggest him.
