The team onsite have been a pleasure to deal with. They do quality work, are kind and respectful, clean up after themselves, and communicated any field issues as they arose. Fingers crossed we pass today’s plumbing rough inspection. Keep up the great work!

Oddly I was pleased with David even though he could not replace my diverter. He did not waste my time by tinkering with it but studied it, took pictures and patiently explained why the entire housing and device was improperly installed and access blocked. He gave me his advice plus a promise that he would take it to his company and get me additional recommendations. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge.

I was told by Moulton Niguel water District that I had a water leak somewhere between the street and where the water came into my house. McKewan Plumbing was on their approved list of plumbers. I called them and they sent Ricardo who could not explain what exactly he was going to test how he was going to determine where the water leak was, and how much it was going to cost. No matter what, I was going to pay a service fee for their time to come out here where he was here for less than 1/2 hour. In order to at least get my moneys worth for the $245 fee, I wanted a written report as to what it was going to cost to repair the leak, and what work would be done. Ricardo said he would contact the office and let me know. Approximately 1/2 hour later, I received a phone call from An apparent supervisor who just started yelling at me that I didn’t allow Ricardo to do the proper testing. I told him if Ricardo, told you I did anything to to prevent him from his testing, that would be false. I didn’t know what the testing was, and what was entailed. I told him to do any testing and give me a full report. None the less he wanted full payment. I advised without a full report I would provide no payment. I then received an invoice for $250, which is $5.00 more than the quoted.

We had two Toto toilets installed. Two gentlemen showed up promptly and were extremely well mannered and competent. Both toilets were installed perfectly and they cleaned up afterwards. Truly impeccable service.

Very fast and efficient. Carlos is very knowledgeable and helped us solve other issues we don’t even realize. I hope Carlos can be our technician on future projects. Fully recommend with 5 stars!
