Kellie was awesome when I inquired about the mail service her company provides. She provided excellent customer service, while answering all my questions. Thanks Kellie! keep up the great work.

Nobody ever picks up the phone if you call, the app and website are trash and all the service is slow and outdated.

This is such a convenient place to have mail and packages sent to. Rhonda is always so friendly and prompt. I recommend this place to a lot of my friends and family. Would recommend it to anyone looking for an alternative for package delivery since we all know how deliveries have been lately, either to the complete wrong address or the unfortunate theft of our packages. 100% recommendation to all.

I've been a client of Physical Address for years and I highly recommend their services! The online portal is modern and easy to navigate if you need your mail scanned, forwarded or simply disposed of. When you do make a request, the turnaround time is exceptional and I've always received the same timeliness with any support requests. This is a must for any SMB owner or simply someone who doesn't want to receive mail at home. Thank you to the Physical Address team!

I have been using physical address.com for most of 2024. It has been GREAT! I have had to utilize their support line a couple times and they were easy to reach and quick to resolve my issue. The actual product has been a godsend for me while on extended travel. I'm very pleased with the service!
