I’ve worked with a few different fire protection outfits over the years, and Fire Service Corp is easily the best of the bunch. Usually, getting a tech out for a routine inspection is a headache, but these guys made it effortless. They handled our sprinklers and extinguishers without disrupting our staff, and I didn't have to chase them down for the paperwork afterward—they had everything organized and sent over right away. You can tell the technicians actually know their stuff; they pointed out a couple of small compliance issues that our previous company completely missed. It’s just a massive relief to have a team I can actually trust to keep us code-compliant without me having to micromanage the process. I never write reviews but in this case I feel like I have to. Hired them to do an annual kitchen system servicing for my restaurant, and technician James came out and charged me $77.50 on October 7 just for doing an inspection and claimed that this would be credited towards the servicing to be done at a later date by another technician. I was told to wait for a phone call from office worker Norma who would set up the appointment. I waited and never received a call, called multiple times and was never able to set up the appointment. Finally got a call from Norma today December 12, after I had already hired another company to do the job. Fire Service Corp has no respect for other people’s time or money. Keep away, there are better businesses out there who will treat you right.

I work in the Healthcare field and I have lost count of how many times Gabriela with Fire Service Corp has saved my behind with the city inspectors. She keeps track of all my services, certification Reports, Invoices She even sends out friendly reminder Emails of my services that are coming up due. She is just the best. Shout out to my Technician Esgar who does our testings. These two are the perfect team.

DO NOT USE! This company serviced my system for $2000. They installed incorrect sized co2 cartridges which blew up the heads on the tanks and discharged. They came, looked, said it was not their problem then simply refused to communicate with me. My company was down for months while a new system got the permits it needed to be installed($7000 + $6000 in damages). Submitted complaint with BBB, BBB called me and said that this company wouldn't even respond to them. Would have sued but there wasn't enough damages to make it worth it for me. ***Update 04/15/19: They did not completely refuse to communicate. It only took 243 days for them to say it wasn't their fault even though they didn't conduct a proper inspection. The guy that came didn't even remove the face panel to evaluate the problem, almost as if he knew what the problem was already, interesting huh?***
