Had an awesome experience with MAC Flooring. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me pick the right materials without any hassle. The installers were on time, did a flawless job, and left the place spotless. My floors look solid and completely upgraded the space. Definitely a five-star company.

I had Mac Flooring in Laguna Hills remove my tile and carpet several months ago. They installed beautiful vinyl planks. My place has never looked better. Every person I dealt with could not have been more professional and helpful. It was one of the best home improvement experiences I’ve ever had. I want to thank my sales person Tanner in particular. I also appreciated Kindra who was so helpful. The installers took great pride in their work. I recommend Mac highly.

We are so happy with the results of our flooring and shower renovations! MAC Flooring & Interiors removed 1500 square feet of floor tile and installed beautiful hardwood planks. We were surprised at how quickly they completed the demo and installation. The flooring team worked quickly and did an excellent job in the placement of the planks. The floors are beautiful. Thanks to Tyler for his patience and guidance during our flooring and tile selections. We changed our minds a lot and Tyler remained professional and positive. And thanks to Kindra for her suggestions and for always being so welcoming. We also remodeled two bathroom showers, converting one from a tub to a walk in shower. We had new shower tile, new glass doors, new fixtures and new bathroom floor tiles installed. Matt was our project manager and he explained the remodel process and timeline, Matt scheduled each phase and kept us updated daily. He was flexible when we made changes and adjusted the work schedule. Matt was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Everyone that worked in our home was professional, friendly, very skilled and cleaned up each day. MAC Flooring has and works with the best tradespeople. Huge thanks to: Eddy, Luis, Jorgé, Willy, Leo, Jorgé Jr., Edgar, Fabian, Christian, Rodrigo, Miguel and any others that we may have missed. Also, a special thank you to MAC owner, Kristin Giebler. She is honest, competent and a pleasure to work with. The reviews are good because the results are good.

During our mini-renovation, working with Alex, Matt, and owner Kristin Giebler was an extremely positive experience. We replaced the bathroom floors, the kitchen countertops, and the kitchen backsplash and MAC Flooring did an exemplary job of providing expert guidance, scheduling, and top-notch craftsman who completed each job to our complete satisfaction. All calls, texts, and emails were answered in a very timely fashion by all parties and specific details concerning scheduling and installation were explained thoroughly so that we fully understood the process. We are thrilled with the new look our home needed, and MAC Flooring & Interiors made this look a reality.

MAC Flooring & Interiors has been an absolute dream to work with! Kristen was easy to reach and quickly set up an appointment to understand the scope of our bathroom remodel. Before we knew it, Matt had come by to review the existing space, and we had our bathroom finishes selected and were ready for demo day. Throughout the entire project, Matt was the key to keeping everything running smoothly. He organized dates and times for the crew, kept the work progressing steadily, and coordinated each phase with impressive attention to detail. He also held everyone accountable -- from the subs to Kohler, our fixture supplier -- ensuring that every partner delivered on time and to a high standard. Matt was always responsive, accommodating, and genuinely a pleasure to work with, consistently going above and beyond to make the process seamless. The estimates for both cost and timeline were very close to the final numbers, and every member of the team was prompt, polite, and professional. We highly recommend MAC Flooring & Interiors and their trusted partners. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. We'll definitely be using them again for future home renovations!
