Luiz answered all questions on service and shared helpful maintenance advice. Super nice guy!!! Service completed 3 days after I called for an appointment. I was given a 3 hour service window and Luiz was on time!!! Rate for service performed was very fair Excellent service!

Have used them multiple times. Definitely my go-to compay for anything HVAC related. I was dreading calling them out thinking the whole system would need replacing. But it ended up being a clogged drainage and fairly simple fix. They came out quickly, got the job done and don't overcharge.

As a property manager for OCPM, over the years I have used many of the services that Capistrano Air offers including HVAC maintenance, new air conditioners, and heating maintenance and repair. They are an excellent vendor and their prices are very reasonable. We hire them without hesitation whenever their services are needed.

Jorge did a great job providing excellent customer service, no gimmicks, just courteous, professional air-conditioning tuneup service. I initially called them because I did my homework to determine they were fully capable of providing the tuneup without the use of harmful chemicals. Jorge used an aluminum-safe, non-corrosive cleaner. I highly recommend the company.
