I reached out To Just Right as we had used them several years ago to repair our air conditioner. I appreciated their service then and I still appreciate it now. The first time Mitchell came with his dad and surprisingly, Mitchell came out again, all these years later, with the same amount of professionalism, transparency and kindness. It’s nice to see a long time business with the same employees and owners. Unfortunately, this time we need to replace our air conditioner. This makes sense considering it’s 28 years old. Looks like we are probably going to have to bite the bullet and do it and we would definitely use them when we do.

Just Services is top notch because they provide excellent service, no up sells, and no pressure to do anything outside what is needed. Michael Arriola came to do an inspection and quick service on my HVAC leading into summer. He arrived smack dab in the middle of his window, was super polite and courteous...and yes the details matter; The shoe socks indoors is key. Will always use them for service as they installed the A/C unit. But outside of convenience, JRS are just pleasant to work with. Thank you again.

I followed him through the whole inspection and I liked knowing why he didn’t hook up his gauges wasting my Freon. He was knowledgeable and something that I have experienced with several contractors or employees is that they’re unhappy with their job. He is not he bragged about his job about the employees that everybody was on page doing a great job so I appreciate that.

We had a great experience with Just Right today. Chris spent his entire Saturday cleaning and fixing our extremely dirty mini split systems, and his professionalism, patience, and work ethic truly stood out. He took the time to thoroughly address every issue and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I also really appreciated that the owner personally spoke with me beforehand to understand exactly what we needed and ensure all of our concerns were being addressed.
