We had our HVAC system maintenance appointment this morning. Part Of our maintenance subscription with Triton, which is a great service annd a reasonable fee for the subscription. Triton technician, Jaylen, inspected our system, changed out a filter for us, and inspected the outside unit. He gave me good advice to rinse the outside unit down once a month or so to keep the leaves and dust out of the unit. It was a pleasure to meet Jaylen today and we had a great conversation and shared our love of classic cars and the great outdoors. Very grateful for Triton’s great maintenance service. We hope our system will continue to run efficiently for years to come! Thank You!

So glad we requested an estimate from Costco! Flavio from Triton came and inspected our system and confirmed what we were told by another company that we used before and completely trusted. Flavio was very knowledgeable regarding higher quality and reliable equipment for the best price. The unexpected surprise for us was the Costco discounts and warranties he offered, along with a few extra perks. When he said installation could be performed two days later on a very hot Saturday, I was much more than pleased. The follow up emails and call from Flavio I received that day and the next confirmed we made an excellent choice. Aaron and David arrived early and came to our door right on time at 8am Saturday as planned. Both gentlemen were very professional, friendly, and excellent in their work performance and communications. They were respectful, efficient, and thoroughly cleaned up the work areas. From my experiences, they are all three members of the Best of the best in HVAC category. Written from my cool living room sofa a few hours after the installation was completed.

We had a great experience with our HVAC technician, Noah S. From the moment he arrived, he was personable, professional, and incredibly attentive to detail. We found ourselves in a stressful situation involving some significant pricing decisions, but his calm demeanor and patience made the entire process so much easier. He took the time to answer our questions without making us feel pressured. One small thing that really stood out was that he noticed our record collection and took a genuine interest in it. It turned into such a pleasant conversation and added a personal touch that made the visit feel less like a service call. Kudos to Noah for providing such a personal touch -I loved it! It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

We’ve been with Triton maybe 1-2 years. Overall we’ve been happy with the service. Our most recent experience was with HVAC specialist Ryan D. He was on time and was kind enough to reach out to us when he was on his way. Ryan is a Marine Corps veteran. I prefer to work with veterans being a veteran myself. Hard to explain unless you’re a vet.. Besides that Ryan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Triton Air and Plumbing completed numerous jobs at my residence over the past three weeks. They installed new faucets in the kitchen and guest bathroom, repaired a major leak and repiped in the garage, Installed a new tankless water heater, installed a new HVAC system, etc. Steve Flores was amazing. He was hard working, very knowledgeable and his daily cleanup was spot-on. The HVAC crew was definitely experts in their installation of the new electric heat pump HVAC. I would strongly recommend this company for any plumbing and air conditioning/heating issues or installations.
