If I could give negative stars I would. A tractor trailer insured by this agency hit me with 2 children in my car. I’ve called 30 times to try and file a claim to get my car fixed and have gotten no response back. I am out of a car , they won’t communicate with me to start a claim To get one situated or to get my car fixed. We’re not even going to mention that I now need to replace a car seat because it’s deemed unsafe since it was in an accident. Does this insurance company care ? NOPE. seems like they take peoples money, but when their clients hit cars at stop signs they go ghost because they don’t want to pay up. Absolute scam of a company

Never do insurance here they cancel mine PD and cargo in mid of term without any reason and week ago i added 1 more truck in insurance they simply took down payment and issued COI when i said to transmit my insurance on FMCSA online they were ohhh your PD and cargo has been cancelled then how you guys issued me COI 2 days ago for highway when i insisted to upload to FMSCA you guys suddenly remember PD and cargo has been cancelled why what is the reason what about our money and 0 customer service

Very poor service. I reached out to them #Gina for insurance Quotes. She took one month provide me only Quote in Between when I reached to her for update . Some time no answer no call back no text response and keep delaying . All the time she had only one excuse . I got the Quote. I will send you tomorrow and next she asks new questions to me I don’t have a Loos Run . Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend to reach out to them for new insurance Quotes. Good luck guys

Scam people. We bought a policy and this is the second time we get cancellation notice. We have send all the driver and equipment list to get a quote. we proceeded and purchased the policy, After couple of months, the policy increased out of no where. later on the policy got cancelled for now reason, we dug deeper, found they have never reported our driver on the policy while everything have been provided to them at the time of binding. When you reach to them and ask about why there is the issue, they respond, the insurance company has every right to do. These guys are completely irresponsible and never represent you to the insurance companies. There is another incident, we were supposed to get a refund for the last month of our previous policy for about 3700$ which never happened. If you can get a better agent, I would recommend to go for it. We are going to do some law suit against them soon. They have costed us thousands of dollars and halt to our trucking operation. Be Aware of these people.
