I've had the pleasure of working with Len from Ocean Pacific on two loans. The first loan was a bridge loan that helped buy us time when we were having a hard time refinancing our prior mortgage. Len located a lender who was able and willing to close quickly which gave us a year to locate a long term loan. It only took Len and Ocean Pacific about a month to identify and locate a new lender. We are a golf course which is a notoriously hard business in which to find long term loans. Very few lenders are interested in golf courses. After locating a new lender, Ocean Pacific handled the initial introductions and kept the process on track. Our circumstances where such that we had a 2d mortgage from SBA - EIDL loan. Nonetheless, Len was able to secure the new financing and help us subordinate the SBA 2d mortgage. It was a complicated process, but Ocean Pacific knew what to do and how to get it done. I highly recommend Ocean Pacific for any financing needs. They are experienced and smart as well as easy to work with. Anyone who needs financing, whether it's a complicated situation such as ours or an a more straightforward situation should consult with Ocean Pacific. You can't go wrong working with them!! We will be talking to them again in 5 years when our mortgage comes up for renewal!

I want to start by thanking Mark and Chuck for their professionalisms and expertise in commercial real estate. I’ve worked with Brokers over the years and it’s a mixed bag as to what you may get from them. I can honestly say working with Ocean Pacific especially Mark was a real pleasure. He spoke of his boss on numerous occasions so I knew he had very high regards for him. Recently I was pushed into a corner with a hard money lender, they were not honest people or an honest company at all. We agreed to certain terms and executed them in the term sheet. They decided they would not honor those terms after closing and decided that would take my property after only owning it for 6 months, not to mentioned I had just shy of $400k invested into the property. When I called Ocean Pacific and discussed the issues I was having and the amount of time I had to get this property refinanced, Mark took control and went to work securing long term permanent financing with a traditional brick and mortar bank. There was a lot of things that had to come together, I only had about 3 to 4 weeks to close the refi or lose my property and my 25% cash investment. This was not a residential property, it’s a commercial office building valued at $3,600,000.00. Ocean Pacific not only found one refinancing source they actually had 3 offers on the table for me within the first 2 weeks. Needless to say, I closed on my refi on August 29th 2020.
