I can highly recommend Jay / Pacific Crest Roofing. During the storms near the end of’25 our concrete tile roof suddenly decided to start leaking. I had three contractors come out, two recommended full roof replacements. Jay was the only one who recommended a simple and direct fix of repairing two valleys. His work was fast, saved me thousands and thousands of dollars, and 100% fixed the problem.

Pacific Crest (PCR) did a great job on our home! It started with us getting 5 or 6 quotes. PCR wasn't the cheapest, they were in the middle BUT they seemed the most competent. I'm happy I went with Jay and PCR. They were upfront with the timeframe and when theyd start, upfront with how long each step would take. We took a while to lock in a color and shingle but they weren't rushy and pointed us to other homes they had done as well as where they buy the shingles (so we could go see them all side by side). The crew worked fast and they cleaned up every day. They covered all of our plants and nothing with damaged. They knocked it out of the park! Thanks Jay!!!!

Our painter pointed out some issues with our roof that needed to be inspected by a roofer. After reading all the positive reviews online about PCR, we called to get a quote. Helio and Mark were sent out to inspect the roof. Rather than do a short term fix for a couple of areas needing repair, they recommended renewing the underlayment for the whole house due to age and decay. We promptly received a quote from the owner Jay which clearly explained the scope of work and materials. We called to go over the details and decided to move forward with doing the whole roof. Partnering with PCR was the BEST decision we made! Our roof was removed, underlayment replaced and tiles thoughtfully placed back. We really appreciated the suggestion to use colored mortar and the way it blends with our tiles. THANK YOU Jay and your wonderful team of technicians at Pacific Crest Roofing for our new roof! If you want impeccable work and complete satisfaction, call PCR today! They are Orange County's Gold Standard!!

We recently had our 30 year old wood shake roof replaced by pacific crest roofing. Even though we received 3 other bids, (jays turned out to be the lowest)We knew we wanted to use pacific crest roofing because we used them to replace our fascia boards a few years back and we were very impressed with jay and his crew. They did not disappoint this time around with our roof replacement. Jay , the owner was a pleasure to work with, he was very responsive, kind and friendly . He was easy to communicate with and He was patient with all our questions and explained the process to us. I run a daycare in my home so it was important to me that the work was done as clean ,safe and timely as possible. His crew set up a tunnel for my daycare families to enter and exit , ensuring no debris in the pathway. They cleaned the area around our house extremely well every day and covered our landscaping . The work was done in the time jay said it would take, one week, from tear off to completion and ran very smoothly. The workers were all efficient, neat respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend using pacific crest roofing, without hesitation. 5 + stars all around.

Jay, and his team at Pacific Crest Roofing are as good as it gets! We noticed a roof leak during the last round of storms which threatened our newly remodeled interior walls and floors. I called a number of roofing contractors at the worst possible time and Jay was one of the only ones who responded. They came out within 24 hours of calling to inspect my leak and offer a solution. Jay's team secured plastic sheeting on our roof to prevent further damage, giving us time to evaluate a proper solution. Given that our roof was 37 years old, we elected to re-roof. Jay was always accessible in the time leading up to our scheduled start date and during the project itself. Jay's team did a great job! We are very satisfied with the quality of work and customer service Jay provided... A true pleasure to have done business with! I highly recommend Pacific Crest Roofing.
