Had some issues on old equipment. Gave them my basic info and they came back out with a new replacement. Friendly and fast.

My mother needed assistance with a new ACH deposit. I thought the tall Persian or Mexican gentleman was rude when he kept excusing himself to help everyone (customers and coworkers) when there were other sales associates to assist the customers. Finish with one person before you talk to someone else and have the patience to assist the elder.

Cullen met me at the door when I walked in, and incredibly efficiently solved my problem of to start up my Cox phone. Wonderful experience.

Had a horrible experience. I signed up for Cox internet and was supposed to get unlimited Data and their fast internet. Once I got to the store to pick up my panoramic Modem. The salesman came up to me and told me that the internet I have signed up for was for the slowest plan and the modem that was promised was not part of that plan. He said the sales department had given me the wrong information and if I wanted to get the plan that I was promised, the price would jump up to $185 per month. He kept trying to up sale me. I called their corporate and was on the phone for around 45 minutes and they also switched their price. Long story short, I returned it and got T Mobil for $55 per month and am super happy. I will not get cox ever again. Stay away from them!! They straight up told me that since they don’t have competition in Laguna Niguel their price is different and is much higher than areas that have more competition. They are price gauging the consumers.

Came to this Cox Communications location it was extremely clean and organized. I checked in and was told I had eight people ahead of me surprisingly I only waited about 5 minutes and I was helped by an extreme professional named Victor who helped me set up my account and no time and got me the best equipment I'm so excited for my new internet purchase with Cox Communications in Laguna Niguel!
