Maria and her team helped make my parents' home safer for them to age in place. She provided a safety review of their home, provided recommendations for improvements, and installed new handrails around stairs and steps, grab bars in the bathrooms, and more ergonomic cabinet pulls in the kitchen. Maria was incredibly patient and kind with my elderly parents to ensure that they did not get overwhelmed with the changes. The work itself was done beautifully and cost-effectively. I highly recommend Project Build.

Maria and her team did an amazing job on her bathroom. We are so happy with their work. The project moved quickly even after we added additional work in the middle of the process. Nelthor, their tile guy, and Aaron did a beautiful job with the tile in the shower. The tile we had was not easy to work with and chipped easily, but he took amazing care when setting in the large wood slat tiles and the floral mosaics. Derek also took amazing attention to detail when he was installing the fixtures making sure everything was centered and lined up and sealed. Overall we had a great experience from start to end and I recommend them to anyone who's looking to do a beautiful remodel in their home on a reasonable budget.

We had a wonderful experience with Project Build Construction, especially working with Maria throughout our estimate process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the details clearly, and made what can be a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Maria was professional, patient, and genuinely caring — which truly stood out to us. It’s not easy navigating estimates and construction decisions, but she handled everything with transparency and kindness. If you’re looking for a reliable and supportive construction team in Laguna Niguel, we highly recommend Project Build Construction. We are so grateful for Maria’s guidance and hope to work with her in the future.

I recently hired Project Build Construction and Interiors to help make my mom’s home in Laguna Niguel safer and more comfortable as she gets older. We could not be any happier with the results. Maria and her team truly understand aging in place and accessibility remodeling. They transformed her bathroom into a beautiful walk-in shower that’s easy to use and safe. The new non-slip flooring throughout the house feels wonderful and safer. The improved LED can lighting makes such a difference for my mom’s eyesight. Maria also suggested wall paint colors with contrast which helps my mom navigate her home better, which h was something we did not even thought about. The team was professional, caring and detail-oriented. They treated my mom and her home with respect. I feel so much better now knowing my mom is much safer and can live independently longer. If you’re a senior or family member looking to make a home safer for aging-in-place, I highly recommend Maria Nicholson and her team at Project Build Construction, they’re the experts and genuinely care about their clients.

Maria and her team are extremely professional and efficient. I'm beyond happy with how my bathroom turned out. Before I met with Maria I had a consultation with another company and was not looking forward to the remodel. Once I spoke with Maria I knew she was my contractor. She is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and overall a great person who is passionate about her work. I highly recommend PBC.
