Crown Valley Flooring Carpet One has come up multiple times when my South OC clients ask for flooring referrals. Their selection of hardwood, tile, and carpet suits the range of luxury homes in the area — from coastal Dana Point properties to hillside Laguna Niguel estates. Consistent quality and reliable service that holds up through escrow timelines.

From dealing with Rick to the installers, it was great experience working with Crown Valley Flooring. They have a great selection of flooring and a hands-on approach working with their customers. I would highly recommend them. C. Carlson

From the first time we went into the store until the last bit of flooring and carpet was installed, the folks at Crown Valley Flooring (CVF) - especially Rick - were very helpful, knowledgable, and diligent in helping us select a durable, pet-proof carpet and a waterproof wood laminate for our upstairs flooring & carpet replacement project. The installers were also top-notch and took care of installation details others might miss. A couple of pictures of their work are included below. Noteworthy: A few days after completion, we identified a small, but noticeable, imperfection in the carpet on one of our stair treads. CVF was super responsive and sent out installers the next day to perform the fix. Now, that location looks super like everywhere else covered by our project. We appreciate the prompt response very much. Many thanks to Rick, Roberto, Susan, Victor, and Augustin for their fine work - 5 stars!

We are so impressed with Crown Valley Flooring! I had an estimate from Lowe’s and then their carpet went on sale for 40% off. Rick Mink (CVF) was still able to beat their price and with nicer carpet. Installation was fantastic. They went above and beyond with having to deal with a Murphy bed in one of the rooms.

When remodeling our Coto de Caza home, Rick help design and pick out the perfect textiles for our floors. Marble in the formal entry, patterned and matching colored carpet for living room and stairs, carpet in all of our bedrooms, wood floors upstairs and wood tile downstairs. Installation was seamless, price was WELL within our budget and from start to finish he was on top of everything, can't recommend a better owner. Here are some pics.
