The experience was good. Jacob was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. A professional service person. The challenge was a 29 year old AC system that is acting its age. It’s hard to take so much bad news - like visiting an oncologist who starts out , “well sir…” and you see beads of sweaty forming around a quivering lip and steaming glasses. But it’s not the oncologist that’s the challenge. It’s your own mistreated body. Jacob did his best, pacing the damage assessments with measured pauses, pricings and genuine concern. It must’ve been hard for him to sustain a sense of hope in an apparent lost cause. He did clean out a clogged drain tube for which i am grateful. The last time I did have an inspection the mechanic cleaned the blower fan, taking it apart and outside and using the water hose. I guess that’s not done anymore or perhaps not when the patient hopeless. He showed me a picture of how dirty it was but - that was the extent of it. Times have changed I suppose. Following the prognosis involving bone, tissue, nerves and many body parts I opted to use the money for flowers and a nice card of condolences. I am thankful for the service.

Triton Air does a great job with my HVAC maintenance. Jacob just did the AC check-up and let me know what things I need to have done now and what could possibly wait. It was quick and easy. I’ve recommended Triton Air to others and will continue to do so.

Sometimes even the most respected contractor has a blip in service. That’s always been a rare occurrence for me with Triton. Their bid to replace HVAC was very detailed and supported with photos. They actually provided creative solutions to save me money. Now 4 years later, they do it again. Talking with Chris was a pleasure, he listened intently and took on the issue himself. I wasn’t being judged I was being supported. Very rare these days.

Scott did and outstanding job installing our new A/C unit. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to explain the installation process, answered all our questions, and made sure everything was completed core and efficiently. Ruger was in his supervisory position today as the two men fixed my HVAC system by replacing a motor that had failed under warranty. If it wasn’t for the oversight that Ruger provided, there’s no telling how it would have turned out. Ruger says they did a very fine job.
