Very happy I decided to give Tanner a call! He was able to fit me in his schedule right away since I was in Escrow. After inspection he gave a detailed report and told me what was absolutely necessary. Professional and easy to work with throughout the process of fumigation and subterranean treatment

Impressed. Tanner is extremely thorough and has the experience to spot both current and potential issues. I will continue to use him at least annually to avoid as much termite damage as possible. His price is reasonable and he is a very pleasant individual.

We recently purchased a home in Orange County and we hired Tanner after learning of termite infestations found during inspections. While we didn't hire Tanner for the inspection itself, we are so glad we hired him to do the treatment. He was also available on very short notice which was extremely accomodating and helpful. He took an initial look at our property and ended up finding more issues than the original inspection suggested. After seeing pictures we were quite shocked. Luckily, he recommended a number of different treatment that would keep us protected for a number of years as well as perform annual inspections during our warranty period which gave us peace of mind. We're glad we found Tanner and are extremely happy with his services and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for termite treatment and protection services.

Tanner and team did a great job for us. The repair work was noted by my painter and neighbors, a couple who have already contracted to Kickout! Meticulous carpentry vs, bondo temporary fixes on fascia boards shows well for home valuations!

We used Kickout Termite for fumigation and repairs during escrow on our Mission Viejo home. Everything was handled professionally, on time, and coordinated smoothly with escrow. Great local termite company. Thanks Tanner!
