Absolute worst service on the planet. Tried to cancel. Transferred three times, one hoop after another. Took an hour when a basic cancelation should take a single click. No more. It’s 2026, the age of AI. Do better Cox.

Instead of providing the, safest most secure and equal protection for all, COX for whatever reason they believe, the WiFi 7(Panoramic 8) is locked behind a multi layer fee structure forcing customers into a Gigabit data plan even the tech is backwards compatible and your neighborhood doesn't have dedicated fiber. Also, the router is locked into one channel instead of auto selecting the lowest traffic every router is on the same channel. It's doesn't seem very customer oriented in my opinion. My issue was not resolved.

If I could give Cox communications negative stars or points I would. The only reason we use them is because there’s no other capable provider in Laguna Niguel where I live. Is a monopoly. Their service is always out for both cable TV and Internet. They’re extremely expensive overpriced and their equipment is awful too 40 seconds left in the Rams game against the Panthers and the typical Cox fashion. The cable goes out. If given the option use anyone but cox.

Have had their service for a month. Very terrible service. Constant signal loss, bad connection. They recommended an update to faster speed after blaming it on the plan. Now I pay more for the same crappy internet. This service is horrendous. Dial up was more reliable than this. Sadly.

All of the above really helped to diminish my stress (over a major life change.) He covered options but also only offered things that would save me money. Genuine and so refreshing! He effortlessly resolved all my needs with no additional costs. Win! Recommend this brand, for this caliber employee and I've enjoyed this cable service for almost two decades.
