Closet and Garage Remedy has been our go to for garage and pantry organization work for nearly a year now. They have been utterly fantastic from consultation to design to installation. This review will focus initially on the pantry work, as I haven't finished doing the full organization on the garage yet! When we bought our house from the builder, we were past a number of option milestones. So we couldn't choose a wok/prep kitchen in lieu of a standard pantry. Unfortunately, the standard pantry seems to be where the builder chose to train their apprentices and it showed. Not a single shelf was level. It was a miserably boring grid of basic plywood and MDF. I tried my best to organize around it, but after 7 years of staring at wonky shelving, I called time. Jeff, our garage design expert, had left a brochure with drool worthy photos of professionally built pantries. My mind was made up - I was going to have a Grown Up Pantry! Parker, like Jeff, is a genius. Except Parker does interior work instead of garages - closets, pantries, etc. He sat down with me to talk through the foundational options and different choices we could make in the space we had, along with cost options. Parker was extremely iterative during this process, and this made all the difference to the project. Over time, my choices evolved as I did more research, or after I experienced the first stages of the build out. I decided to go big or go home, and have a quartz countertop with tile backsplash that would match the kitchen. The countertop would be critical for staging work in the pantry (my youngest daughter's passion is baking), as well as storage space during entertaining. Once the design was complete, work started almost immediately. Sylvia was a superhero with scheduling, working around our vacation, and the installation team (Jason and Johan, mostly) were fantastic: diligent, neat, and efficient. Parker's attention to detail during the whole process meant everything was done to the highest standard and anything that needed fixing was addressed straight away. Having run projects at work for decades, I saw that Parker lived and breathed a classic hands-on agile approach and the pantry turned out beautifully for it. I now have so much space that I liberated a few cabinets in my kitchen, with room to spare. The organization of the space means I can find everything I need quickly. If you have ever considered having an Insta-worthy pantry, I highly recommend you reach out to Parker for a consultation. Life's too short for boring pantries! -----UPDATE FOR GARAGE----- Our initial experience with Closet & Garage Remedy was actually when I decided we needed to get all the junk off the floor of our garages. They had become a dump zone, and I thought I just needed overhead rack storage. So I contacted a few overhead storage people, they came out, and it turned out not to be the solution for us. I ended up researching wall-based storage systems, and CGR was the first company to schedule a visit. Jeff came out to measure up and show us options. As we talked it through, we saw that we had other needs that could be addressed: putting the freezer somewhere sensible, getting rid of the mish mash of plastic shelves, cabinets, and shoe racks we'd amassed over the years, and getting even more shelving so we could move seasonal decoration to the garage too. We then noticed that CGR does epoxy flooring. So we went for the whole package: epoxy flooring, shelving, and built in cabinets with a workspace. Jeff sketched out the design immediately and gave us excellent pricing with no pressure. In short order, Sylvia called us to schedule the work and the installation began. The installation team were super efficient and kept everything clean as they worked. If there were any issues, they either fixed it the same day or returned to address it without any questions. We feel so much relief and zen from having a neat garage. We can now find everything without an archaeological expedition, and we moved a ton of items out of our master closet!

We had a great experience with Closet and Garage Remedy. The quality was great, especially for the price. Our consultant, I think his name was Parker was very forthcoming and patient with all our questions and worked through many designs with us. When it came to the install, the team was very professional, courteous, and quick. They even hauled our old closet doors as part of the project. We have a couple additional closets we are interested in doing once we save up for them, will definitely be contacting this company for our first quote.

You know we used Closet and Garage remedy for our first little home 2019 and it held up beautifully. It definitely helped us feel better in our space and made it easy to clean out. Oil spills? No problem. We had epoxy flooring done. I’m pretty sure it helped with resale on the little home. Now we have moved and have called on them for the big house. I got this done for my husband’s Father’s Day gift and planned it out perfectly with customer service before big move in day. We are so happy with the way the work turned out and are thankful for the beautiful outcome on the epoxy flooring again looks like a whole new work space. Grateful for the service and the work completed.

Closet and Garage Remedy was awesome to work with, completely transformed our garage. Trevor came out to measure, go over options, and figure out what our needs were. He answered my many follow up questions via e-mail, came up with a perfect design, the installers came and put up the slatwalls and laid the rad checkered pattern tile we selected! I can't believe this is our garage - it is so organized, easy to access everything, and looks great. We did meet with a competitor initially and Closet and Garage Remedy had better pricing and a better process. We had a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to organize and elevate their space!!

Update: Johan and Jason did a fantastic job making sure everything is finished to our complete satisfaction. The whole team has been great, but they have been an exceptional part of it. Have to add a few more pics of my finished cabinets! We are ready to move in! This wonderful crew has been working hard all week to get my new home ready. From epoxy to cabinets in the garage to closet built ins, they did a fantastic job! Take a look and give them a call!
