Our company Midona Inc. was with Progressive Payroll for many years. My dad died a few years ago and we recently closed the company. Alexander has been a lifesaver for us helping us every step of the way regarding payroll, w2 and everything we needed for our accountant and attorney to do their jobs. When our business was open, they were prompt and professional, always available for any questions we had on our payroll and were very concise in the execution of the payroll product that we hired them to do. I will always recommend progressive payroll!

Alexander of Progressive Payroll has been the absolute best investment I could've ever made for my business. I was referred to Progressive Payroll from my CPA Kate prior to my maternity leave as we had to establish payroll very quickly after a former payroll specialist dropped the ball. Progressive Payroll dove right in and it's been SUPER easy to just text the numbers for the week and run what I need. Set up was a breeze and weekly management for my business is incredibly easy.

I can’t say enough great things about Alexander at Progressive Payroll! From start to finish, the entire transition to their company was incredibly smooth and completely stress-free. What could have easily been a complicated and time-consuming process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication every step of the way. Alexander went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up properly and that we felt confident moving forward. He was always available to answer questions, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about making the experience as seamless as possible. If you’re considering making a switch, I highly recommend Progressive Payroll—especially if you have the chance to work with Alexander. It’s rare to find this level of service and attention to detail. Truly a game-changer for our business!

Our company has been using Progressive Payroll for several years and the customer service is superb. Alexander is available any time to answer any questions and promptly. I would highly recommend them.

After 28 years of business and many payroll companies, I signed up with Progressive Payroll and was assigned to Alexander V. He is so quick to respond and pleasantly resolve or address any issues, questions or concerns that arise. I have never had a more professional and thoughtful agent assist me with my payroll needs. He goes above and beyond so I don’t have to worry about anything . After signing with Progressive Payroll, he made the time to come in to my business and introduce himself personally. Customer service with a smile , 5 stars!!
