Highly recommend Comfort Air Heating & Plumbing! Our AC stopped working Saturday night, and by Sunday our house had reached 87°. John came out as promised and was fantastic - professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and a great communicator. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our AC working again in no time. So grateful for John and the excellent service!

Comfort Air was excellent. I called yesterday with broken air conditioning. John was out within 4 hours and diagnosed and explained the problem in easy to understand terms. He was very professional and friendly. Today, the technicians, Jacob and Abraham, arrived and got right to work. They were super friendly and worked hard in this heat! Excellent work. Technically superior installation, improving existing infrastructure. Installation Personnel were professional and courteous. They provided value added benefit to piping, insulation, drain system and fitup of equipment. Did excellent setup and testing of system. Explained operation and technical characteristics of the system. Good step through of the new controls. Cleaned up work area better than they found it. Remained on site through startup and validation for operation until I was satisfied. I upgraded from old HVAC TO NEW HEAT PUMP system. Arrived on time. Crane work was on schedule. Work completed in normal work day.

Talk about dedication to their work!!! Greg and Chris both came by to fix my broken sewer clean out pipe with connection to my kitchen sink on the same afternoon/evening after they quoted me. No Mickey Mouse work here, all the connections were strictly per California Plumbing Code. They were friendly, honest, and sincere. I’m a building official for a local jurisdiction and I watched the entire process and they definitely did a good job.
