I was a loyal customer with Mercury before I moved to Washington state. I sold my house in CA in November 2024 and I forgot to notify Jammie about my condo policy should end then bcz I never expect a refund from them. However, When I talk to when I told Jamie in April 2025, She told me I should get a refund and verify the date that I closed my home sale. After 2 weeks I got about $330 of refund of my home policy. And when Barb introduced me to Jammie, who I later learned was her daughter, I was initially concerned she wouldn't be as up to speed with my file as Barb was, but I was way wrong. Jammie is ALSO amazing! Jammie is timely in her responses, thoughtful and personable in helping me understand my options, kind and friendly while also (always) being professional, and superb at what she does.
