Matt, the inspector, warmly greeted my wife and me when he arrived at our house. He began the inspection indoors and then proceeded outside. There is no evidence of termites on our property. I told him that the previous inspection by his company about two years ago resulted in a new side door to the garage, new wood for the gutters, and the repair and treatment of wood beneath one window. Thus the previous work was excellent because we easily passed inspection this time. I highly recommend Mariners Pest Control as well as Matt to identify the presence of termites on your property and for any necessary repairs.

Great team. Always friendly and thorough. They spend the time to test all the spots inside and out and treat immediately. We have to spot treat due to elderly living in the home so when we see signs, Mariners comes out to take care of them quickly and they stop them immediately.
