I have been using Saddleback for 7 yrs and they have been fantastic. Customer service is excellent and they always reach out if I ever have an issue, questions or need to revise the service schedule. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a reliable and very effective pear control company.

Daniel the service tech was prompt, professional, and called ahead within 10-15 minutes to inform me of his arrival. He thoroughly inspected the property and commenced treatment explaining his process and procedure. Great company! I highly recommend Saddleback Termite & Pest Control

so i called these guys on a tuesday morning pretty much in panic mode becuase i found termites in the garage, and they had someone out by the afternoon which i did not expect at all. the guy was straight forward, no upselling, just told me what needed to be done and what didnt, honestly appreciated that alot. the price was fair, definately not cheap but you pay for the peace of mind i guess, and they walked me through the whole treatment step by step. its been about three months now and i havent seen a single one since, which is all i really asked for. i'd call them again in a heartbeat if anything ever pops up again, hopefully not though. quick, effective, no drama, thats really all you need to know.
