Andres and his crew did a great job replacing my water heater, they were very polite and warm, their workmanship was top quality because they took longer than I expected to make sure it met their standards. Their initial quote was very high, which seems to be their approach to make you feel like you’re getting a great deal after they lower the price, but overall the price I paid seem to be comparable to the market price. I do wish they told me they were gonna have to drill through a few walls including running a tube to the outside of my garage before they did it because now I’m worried my HOA will have an issue with it.

We had such a great experience with Jim and the team at Pristine Plumbing. After a pretty frustrating fiasco with a previous plumbing company, we were understandably nervous about having to deal with another major plumbing project. Jim immediately put us at ease. He took the time to understand what had happened, clearly explained what actually needed to be done, and made us feel completely comfortable moving forward. Throughout the entire process, Jim kept us informed every step of the way. There were no surprises, and we always knew what was happening and why. Kevin also deserves a huge shoutout, he did a lot of the actual labor and worked incredibly hard to get everything taken care of. This is obviously the kind of purchase no homeowner ever wants to have to make, but the exceptional service we received made a stressful situation so much easier. We really appreciated the honesty, communication, professionalism, and care from both Jim and Kevin. After our previous experience, working with Pristine Plumbing was a night-and-day difference. We would absolutely recommend them.

Jim was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and professional. After a very disappointing experience with a previous plumber, I was hoping and praying this time my problem would finally be fixed. I was very nervous, but Jim took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently answered all of my questions. He successfully repaired my running bathroom shower, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I can't say enough good things about Jim and the entire team at Pristine. They have earned my trust, and Pristine will be my first and only choice for any future plumbing needs. Jim deserves a 5-star rating—if I could give him 100 stars, I would! Thank you, Jim, for your outstanding service.

Andres Martinez has did a lot of work for me earlier this year. He is very good at explaining the problem & the solution as well as proactive recommendations to prevent future problems. He is dependable, respectful of my home (wears booties & cleans up well after he completes the work.) Because I was so pleased with his previous work, I called him again to fix my garage disposal and another great experience. I highly recommend you request Andres if you want a job well done!

Joseph arrived right on time and resolved our issue (water heater did not work at all) quickly and accurately. He was also very helpful in thoroughly answering all of our questions. He even bade us farewell with a smile, leaving us with a very positive impression. Exceptional professionals like him are a true asset to any company. We always feel at ease knowing that Prestine Plumbing consistently dispatches such excellent technicians. Thanks a lot😊
