I highly, highly recommend Jesse of South County Roofing. In an era where good workman are often hard to find, he is an all-star. He has taken care of our roof for several roof and kept it excellent condition due to his tile work. Jesse is reliable, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He is the only person I want working on my roof.

South County Roofing is a locally rooted company that genuinely understands the South Orange County housing market. Whether it's a pre-sale inspection, insurance claim repair, or a full re-roof, they handle the work professionally and keep homeowners informed every step of the way. As a broker who frequently coordinates roofing work around transactions, I appreciate their flexibility and honest assessments — qualities that make the whole process smoother for buyers and sellers alike.

I hired Brian at South County Roofing for an independent inspection on a property I was considering. He was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable down to the make and manufacturer of a 2007 clay roof tile. He didn’t upsell and clearly pointed out what needed to be repaired and what could be delayed. Thank you Brian!

We live on a local golf course and wanted to repair two roof leaks at the back of our house before the rainy season. Additionally, we required some concrete roof tiles to be replaced and debris cleared from the valley sections of our roof. I contacted two highly rated local roofing companies for an inspection report and repair estimates with pictures. Both companies provided similar inspection summaries, but South Coast Roofing’s estimate was slightly less expensive. However, this was not the deciding factor in choosing them. The other company’s inspection was postponed several times, and when the report and estimate were finally provided, they were prepared by a different person than the original inspector. My questions about the report went unanswered. William C. from South County Roofing arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection. He promptly prepared the repair estimate and contract, answering all my questions clearly. Based on our interaction, we scheduled the roof repairs. William and his crew from South County Roofing came on time and completed the repairs over several days as scheduled, despite the fires and extreme heat during that period. They cleaned up nicely each day, and William explained what had been accomplished. Based on my recent experience, I highly recommend South County Roofing for your roofing repair needs. Communication was excellent, and the company clearly outlined the work in a written contract with easy-to-understand pictures. Thank you to William C. and his crew!

We recently used South County Roofing for a roof leak that came back from a previous repair completed by another roofing company 3 years ago. William came out and did the inspection and explained exactly what they would need to do to fix this recurring problem. They arrived on time, were very professional and thorough, locating the leak location after pulling off the tiles and old paper. They also discovered that the builder had not used the proper flashing size around the vents on the roof and they corrected this problem as well. The contract was very detailed and spelled out exactly what the scope of work would be to complete the job. There were no surprises and the bid price was fair for the work completed. Communication was great and all my questions were answered. A special shout out to William and his co-worker for braving the extreme heat and finishing the job on time as scheduled. Thanks so much to both of you, we really appreciated your hard work and persistence in the heat. The roof looks great and I highly recommend South County Roofing.
