We started our business, American Sign Studio in Worthington, Ohio with Signworld's help from the beginning. As of June '24 it will be 6 years. The have been instrumental in helping our business achieve our goals. They continue to provide support in many new and innovative ways. The team there is very personable and they have outstanding industry knowledge. We are looking forward to continuing to grow with them as our business evolves. Being skeptical as most are, before joining the Signworld family I had conversations with many from the parent organization. Those conversations along with conversations with numerous Signworld business owners were pivotal in my deciding to move forward with Signworld. Each member that I spoke with was not only very competent and experienced in the sign industry as well as their respective area of expertise, but more importantly ALL were genuinely authentic when answering some very direct questions. It was obvious through conversations with owners that they weren’t given a script to follow. Very open and honest about the good and the not so good, but none had any regrets in their decision to move forward. My key takeaways from those meetings as I reflect on three years with the Milwaukee Sign Company were confirmed. Signworld provides a game plan, tools, processes and industry contacts that are all you need to be successful. All this and no franchise fees or handcuffs. This model is structured for the entrepreneur. You are truly in charge of your own business strategy, both tactical and strategic. Applying the tools and processes provided to your own business plans with a dose of good old fashioned, entrepreneurial stick-to-it and this model does work! We have exceeded our growth plans in all 3 years and year 4 is right on track. Since we began our journey, the executive team at Signworld has only gotten better. Increasing in both depth and talent – continuing to pivot to industry changes and to changes in the general business climate. Bottom line – this is not easy and does require hard work like anything else of value. I would do this again with Signworld and the Werner family without hesitation – only wish I would have moved forward with Signworld years earlier.
