The Retail Smart Guys team makes it easy (and enjoyable!) to be a retailer. Bookkeeping, inventory planning, POs, and inventory management are the least enjoyable things as a business owner. They handle all that critical, yet administrative work so you can focus on buying, merchandising, customers, and training of employees. But what I love most is how they make understanding retail easy. It's like you get a teacher, a coach, and the most cost-effective employee at the same time.
