Why retail tenants in Lakeside work with construction providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

I worked with RJN on my newest concept store in La Jolla - Thread + Seed. They were professional, timely, did amazing work, always had a great solution to anything I brought up and stuck to my budget unless I wanted to make changes. I had an extremely tight deadline and they never ran behind. I will be working with them on my future projects and highly recommend them.
