I needed a fire sprinkler replacement and I called about 10 different companies in the area all of which kept promising a call back or a “let me check my schedule” I call this place get right in touch with owner who immediately starts trouble shooting and has people at my place in 20 minutes not to mention it was cheaper than all the other companies. They get here and fix everything quickly and answer all my questions, absolute life savers. 10/10 would recommend.

Sexton Fire Sprinkler installed replacements heads in our home. The existing heads had been recalled. One of the 35 heads was on a 12-foot ceiling. Lead installer, even though he did not have a high enough ladder to reach the 12-foot ceiling, decided, without discussing this with me, to reach up and stretch to install it. The head leaked and extensively damaged the drywall about 6 feet away from the sprinkler head. I called our roofer to look at it as this seemed like a roof leak. I had our painter remove the damaged drywall. By looking into the entire area, we discovered the leak was coming from the sprinkler head. I called Brent Sexton and he sent the lead installer back out, who saw the leaky fire sprinkler head, attached it properly, and told me about not having a long enough ladder when he first installed the head. I don’t understand why the lead installer didn’t simply tell me he didn’t have a tall enough ladder and would have to replace that head next time he was in the area. I sent the invoices for my out-of-pocket expenses for the roofer and the painter to Brent Sexton along with before and after photos (see attachments). He didn’t respond.

Brent was amazing and did a phenomenal job coordinating what we needed to get done. Would highly recommend!
