I am very satisfied with the home termite inspection provided by Jordan. He was very professional and I was impressed with the thoroughness of his inspection of the attic and the crawl space under my house. He also took the time to patiently answer all of my questions. Excellent service!

We had excellent service from Jordan, who did the inspection, and Jorge, who performed the exclusion work and set traps. He will be coming back to check the traps. It was easy to schedule. Jordan answered my questions promptly. Plus Advanced IPM was able to do some cleanup of rodent droppings and nests, which other companies wouldn't do. Jorge arrived on time and did the work efficiently.

After five companies, this company was the honest one! Jordan let me know I did not have rodents. I had rabbits droppings everybody else made me think I had rats. I had no idea what rat droppings look like,they look like rice. Jordan was excellent he followed through on everything. He said he would do. His prices were incredible compared to all the other four companies. Barry and Jordan helped me out with some heavy plants really great customer service. Jairo also was great and sprayed for insects. Jorge did a fabulous job very professional with securing the under underneath area of my house to prevent any rodents making my house a freeway or a home. Jairo is the absolute best. He is conscientious about the work he does, very professional, and kind. He always goes above and beyond by texting you before he arrives and texting you after he completes the job.
