What can I say extreme roofing is professional fast and efficient and most of all very clean on the job site. They did two houses on my property and I wish I had three so they could continue. Chris on site was very professional and communication between me and my family and the crew.

We had three small roof leaks. They were able to fix two, but after three visits, and $1500 they made the third leak way, way worse. I understand how hard it is to fix a leak, but at some point Extreme Roofing stopped returning my calls or emails. I had to hire another roofer. Very unprofessional.

We recently purchased a house and knew going into it that the roof needed replacing. I had at lead 8 different roofers bid the job. Extreme Roofing was not quite the cheapest, but what was so appealing was that they spelled out everything in clear letters in the contract. This is ultimately the reason we decided to proceed with them. The fun begins when my insurance company decided that they were going to be dropping me unless I had the roof done ASAP. Well long story short after many calls and emails with my insurance, DJ & Josh were quick to get the contract updated to satisfy the needs of the insurance. Great job on their parts. As for the roof. 3 days and they had all of our old shingles, and 90% of our fascia boards removed and replaced. They left the grounds SPOTLESS each day before they left. I mean hey, the yards looked better than when they started the project (I was seriously impressed). I'll update my review if there is any leaking during the next rain, but I don't expect any, and I believe DJ and/or Josh will be quick to respond as they have been nothing but courteous and professional during this entire process. Also, just a huge shoutout to the crew that did work on the house. Seriously good, efficient, and kind. Be sure to have Extreme Roofing bid on your next job. There will be NO surprise charges. Our final invoice was exactly where I was expecting and had no B/S charges.

Google says 5 stars is 'as good as it gets', I'd give Extreme 6 stars if they had it. From the bid process to picking up the last nail, it was a great and professional experience. Trust me, our roof was not easy - steep pitches, clay tiles and I can be a handful to work with if things aren't done right! Here's the net: Yes, they were referred from a trusted builder who does multiple homes each year. DJ came on-site asked why we believed we needed a new roof, after a detail examination he agreed. He gave us 3 different options in the bid and the price was very competitive. The kicker was that it took a year for us to get the project started and even though material cost had gone up (what we heard from others) Extreme roofing honored their bid and actually found better material (which had to cost more shrinking their margins) which they said "This is what this house needs, you have to do it." The tile we selected is a Spanish clay, but not what you see on every other house - it's very unique and looks like it was custom colored and blended for our house, amazing. We have small children, 10, 7, 6 and 4 at the house and their team insured every nail was picked up each day. Great experience. LET IT RAIN!
