Be aware when agreeing to their “estimated” quote. We were invoiced double the estimate. There was no mention before or during the job that the costs could come back higher. They did get our AC cooling again but disappointed in the communication.

Hex HVAC did a great job installing a heater and air conditioner in one day. They were very informative and professional. I can't believe how efficient and quiet each unit is. You get what you pay for and I'm quite happy that I upgraded. 🙂

I recently had a mini-split system installed by Hex HVAC and I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. **Consultation:** The technician who came for the assessment was knowledgeable and thorough. They took the time to explain the benefits of different models, helped me select the right system for my home, and provided a transparent estimate. It was better than I expected in price and well done! **Installation:** The installation team was punctual and respectful of my space. They worked quickly and ensured everything was installed correctly. I appreciated how they kept the area clean and even walked me through the setup after the installation. **Performance:** Since the installation, the mini-split system has been working flawlessly. It cools and heats the rooms efficiently, and the energy savings have been noticeable. The unit is also very quiet, which is a big plus. **Customer Service:** I have two follow ups . It’s clear that they value customer satisfaction **Overall:** I highly recommend Hex HVAC for anyone looking to install a mini-split system. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service set them apart. They treat you like family and are very respectful 🙏☺️

My experience with Hex HVAC was exceptional from start to finish. I recently had a complete heating and cooling system installed in my home and couldn't be happier with the results. Landon and his team were professional, prompt, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. The customer service was great from our very first interaction. The installation was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. Highly Recommend!

The Hex HVAC team were wonderful, on time, neat, covered all my floors, furniture, not one speck of dust. Installed the new HVAC unit, completely replaced all my old ducting and installed new, replaced all the old vent covers with nice new white vent covers. Serviced my 30 year old Air Condition unit and replaced the thermostat with an updated, sophisticated unit, super nice looking. This was all done in less than two days. I can't say enough about the team. I definitely recommend using Landon and his team at Hex HVAC for any and all of your needs with heating and air conditioning and any thing else they do...
