When my uncle passed away and then his son unexpectedly did too, I found myself as successor trustee of a trust I knew nothing about, in an area of California I was unfamiliar with. I chose Helix Law Firm due to their amazing reviews and I am so glad I did. Christina and her team helped me navigate multiple Trust/estate situations I never expected to be thrown into. The entire office has been SO helpful in answering all my questions and preparing various legal documents for all kinds of different situations. I don’t appreciate the comments I’m reading from the owner of this firm trying to make excuses for the accusations made against this community and claiming that his behavior was appropriate. What I read was in no way necessary or appropriate, not to mention completely false. And it is offensive to me that you would claim anything other than this fact. There was literally one family on the street completely taking care of the person who passed. This family asked the rest of the neighborhood for help multiple times but never got it. We all witnessed first hand what they went through and the physical toll it took on all of them. What you should’ve been doing is sending them flowers and a condolence card but instead you attacked them after they broke their back for years taking care of your client’s family member and she can’t even bothered to say, “thank you for all the help and I’m sorry for your loss.” Or if you can’t manage that maybe just say nothing? Am I in the twilight zone? I wouldn’t talk to you either if I was them. You can’t be serious. Furthermore, I also don’t appreciate this law firm disrespecting the last wishes of the departed. There is a reason she didn’t want the neighbors to know she had passed for a certain period of time. What you’re experiencing now is probably just one of those very good reasons. Everything I’m reading and seeing are the natural consequences for your own actions.
