27% interest in a loan. Most ridiculous trash company. Don't ever get a loan from this place. They raise interest rates double your initial rate.

Writing this review for a friend who wishes to remain anonymous. He applied for a loan online then was rushed into the branch and told to bring documents. I told him I thought it was odd that they would rush him in without an approval... they even stayed open late waiting for him! On arrival they requested more documents which ok that makes sense but he was unable to provide them right at that moment. He let them know he can come back in the next day. Following day he followed up and the reps either hung up on him or forwarded his calls. My friend has excellent credit and is in the middle of a family emergency hence the application for a shitty loan from a company like lendmark. They ended up being a complete waste of time. From what he explained to me, I believe they were racially profiling him. Instead of giving him the courtesy of a denial they were completely unprofessional. I decided to write this review because I feel terrible for what he is going through trying to help his family but then lendmark made things even worse by wasting his time. The terms at this loan company are terrible and the professionalism is completely lacking! I would avoid at all costs.

Stay away from illegal interest rates. I already paid over $8,000 on a $10,000 loan, and yet have a $6,500 balance. At this rate, I'll pay for 2 cars. One for me and one for them. 22% interest rate lol. I make my payments ahead of time, and yet I am denied a interest rate cut. Don't fall for this trap! I'll pay this car as fast as I can and you will never hear from me ever again!

They have no loyalty. I paid off 2 motorcycles here and have been their customer for years. I was in Asia and my credit dropped but had $4000 coming from my annuity and needed a small loan until it deposited. The lady said no over credit score. I could’ve built a 4 yr relationship with the bank and done better. Go to a credit union where years of paying off loans actually counts.
