Why retail tenants in Lemon Grove work with painting providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

We have used Paintrix a few times over the years. Enrique, Francisco, and their men are nothing but respectful to your home, and they do fantastic work! Drywall and Paint work are top-notch. They maintain constant communication with you throughout the process. They might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I will only use Paintrix for my home.

As a first-time customer, I cannot say enough about Enrique, Francisco, and the rest of the team. They repaired and painted many interior rooms within our house and did so with professionalism and excellence! Enrique was great to work with. Showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up as if it were his own home. Very rare these days. Thank you!

Repeat customer. Hired Enrique and his team a few years back to repaint the exterior of my house. They did an excellent thorough job, were timely and competitively priced. Just hired him and his team again to redo our two bathrooms. Once again did not disappoint. Highly recommend 👌.

Enrique and his team of painting professionals did an excellent job of painting our kitchen cabinets. I learned through the process that it’s not simply slapping a coat of paint over old doors and framing - it’s removing all door and hardware, masking, proper primer coats etc etc. Their attention to detail, and awesome communication can’t be beat. Two big thumbs-up on recommending Paintrix! Take a look at the before and after!

My mom recently passed away and due to her financial situation, I needed to get the house turned quickly. Every room was painted in bright colors. I needed to get it back to a neutral color. Enrique and his crew came in and knocked the job out fast, efficient, neatly, at a reasonable price, and had great ideas that made the place look great. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable painter.
