The PEST group was hired as a subcontractor for Terminix to tent and fumigate our house. From the moment the crew showed up, it was clear that they were looking for an excuse to go home without doing the work. They claimed they couldn’t tent our house because there were a few tree branches touching the side of the house. The crew manager was not at all solution-oriented, and the only reason they eventually got the job done is that one junior member of the team had enough integrity to advocate for me.

I've waited almost a month to review this place. So far, We have not seen anymore Black Widows nor bitten by any insects. I sent an inquiry the day before and got a call back on the next business day. Joe F was the one who serviced our house and did a good job overall. He was very detailed, informative and answered all my questions and concerns before he start the process. Few hours later, we came back to an odorless house and no spider webs. The treatment they did was safe for children and pets. Will touch base in a few months.

These guys did a great job. Didn’t break any roof tiles and even replaced my spark arrestor on my chimney because the tent bent it. Brian was very polite and thorough in explaining the process. I recommend them.

Joe and team were awesome. I had a 4x unit complex that needed to be tented and Joe was communicative on tenting days. He even saw that one tenant had bagged their food wrong and he spent :20 rebagging their food. Thanks Joe and team!

All work was done promptly and in a timely manner. I found just a couple of broken items after the tent was removed
