I rented a small office at this location for about three years and always paid my rent on time. At the end of my lease, I vacated the space in good condition. However, the owner refused to return my $600 security deposit and gave no valid explanation, despite multiple polite follow-ups. This was extremely unprofessional and unfair. It’s worth noting that the same person also runs a print shop at this location. I used their printing service once, and the quality was very poor — definitely not what I expected from a professional shop. I’m sharing this to help others avoid a similar experience. If you’re considering renting or using services here, be very careful. Make sure everything is in writing, and don’t expect accountability if something goes wrong. I would not recommend doing business here.

5 stars for fast service and price! 4 stars for accuracy. If you are looking for a local banner printing option with fast turn around and quality printing, Masterpiece Banner is your best bet. I've used this printer multiple times for step and repeats for my events and they've consistently delivered printing on time. I had one banner that had a few spots on it, but nothing horrible. I would definitely recommend this shop if you are in a hurry to get something done fast and cheap.
