From the first call to the final roof walkthrough, Great Roofing Company Lomita went beyond what we expected. Our roof was getting old, and our insurance company canceled our coverage without even doing an inspection. After doing a lot of research and asking for recommendations, we chose this team for the job. We decided to install a metal roofing system because we wanted a long term solution and better protection for our home. A few other roofing companies told us they could just do a reroof by putting the new roof over the old one, but that did not feel like the right choice. After speaking with our insurance broker, we learned that many insurance companies want proper roofing work that includes a secondary water barrier under the roof. The whole process was handled in a professional and helpful way, and everything was explained clearly from start to finish. The crew made us feel confident that the roof replacement was being done the right way, not just the fastest way. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work, the communication, and the finished metal roof.

We first brought them out to inspect and repair some wood fascia and exterior trim around our roofline. After talking through a few ways to improve the outside of the house, we decided to move forward with replacing the old siding with a modern composite product. The whole project turned out excellent. The crew did outstanding work, and the new pre-painted color blends really well with our trim and gutter system. Everyone was professional, on time, courteous, and easy to work with from start to finish. Raymond stayed involved during the job, listened carefully to our concerns, and made sure each item was handled quickly. Elias and the rest of the crew also did a great job and paid close attention to detail. Along the way, they found and repaired minor water damage around an exterior window, which helped protect the home from bigger moisture and roofing-related problems later on. The house now looks much better, feels more energy efficient, and the exterior has a cleaner, updated finish. The final price stayed very close to the original estimate, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. We would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, fascia, siding, or gutter work, and they will be the first company we call when it is time for a new roof.

They replaced the leaking roof on our home and added gutter covers to help protect the gutters from debris. Elias and Raymond walked my wife and me through the roofing process, explained what to expect, and clearly went over the options for the new roof and gutter work. The roofing crew was professional, kept us updated on progress, and communicated well about any schedule changes. They showed up when promised, worked efficiently, and completed the job the way they said they would. The new roof looks great, gives us peace of mind, and has held up well in the heat and sun. We are very happy with the roof replacement and gutter protection, and I would recommend them to anyone needing reliable roofing work.

The roofing team did excellent work replacing our roof. Our home is still fairly young, so we did not expect to take on a full roofing project yet. After a couple of urgent roof issues, we reached out for a professional inspection and estimate. The whole process was clear and easy, from reviewing the roofing contract to picking out the shingles that best fit our home. They replaced the entire roof, completed a few small repairs, and made sure everything was finished with care. Raymond and Elias were great to work with, and the crew was professional, respectful, and efficient throughout the job. We are extremely happy with the finished roof. It looks beautiful, has improved the overall appearance of our home, and gives us real peace of mind knowing our roof system is now secure and dependable. We have already received many compliments on the new shingles and the quality of the workmanship. We are very glad we decided to move forward with the roof replacement and truly appreciate the great service.

Great Roofing Company Lomita did an excellent job with our leaking roof. Raymond met the insurance adjuster during the inspection and clearly pointed out the storm damage on the shingles, flashing, and other roofing areas so nothing was missed. What first looked like normal roof wear was properly reviewed, and the full roof replacement ended up being approved. Raymond was patient and helpful while we took time choosing shingle and gutter colors, and he answered our questions in simple terms. Once we made our selections, the crew scheduled the project quickly and finished the roof replacement in one day. The workmanship was outstanding, with high quality shingles, clean installation, proper drip edge, and strong attention to detail. Everything was handled smoothly from the inspection through the final paperwork, which made the whole process easy on our side. It was reassuring to work with a roofing team that was honest, skilled, and professional, especially after speaking with other contractors. We felt confident throughout the project and highly recommend them for roof replacement, roof leak issues, and gutter work.
