Terrible customer service. I scheduled appointment with Jason the day before. He wasn't there. I waited an hour for help.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the VA Stand Event

Had a great experience with Modern Connections team partnering up with our community to support our seniors! The team conducted themselves professionally & put the needs of our seniors first! Bravo! I first hand saw Tiffany help out Irene solve a billing problem with their previous service provider, helped her improve her service & save money!

Great place to visit! They helped me with my Spectrum mobile and fiber. Ask for Jordan or Spencer. Experienced & professionalism showed throughout the proccess. Will refer to friends and family.

They helped me lower my internet and cell phone bill by $150 from T-mobile. I called in and visited their store. friendly and good energy. will recommend to everyone!
