We went through our local Costco and ended up using Family Floors. The process was fairly straightforward. We had hiccups in ordering the actual carpeting. Once that was done the installation process was excellent. We had a team consisting of Salvador, Cirillo and Omar who did an awesome job. Overall pleased with the experience.

Anthony and his installation crew (Jose, Renaldo, et al) from Family Floors HB are the best! Friendly, cooperative, attentive to details, experts in moving furniture, and most importantly, skilled and quick at installing LVP flooring. Couldn’t be happier with their work and cleanup from start to finish. Thanks Anthony & crew!

We had a very good experience and I would recommend Family Floors. Installers did a very good job and we're very quick.

Picking out carpet is hard but Family Floors had a variety of options. Price point was good and they were knowledgeable in showing different materials. Guys came, it was raining that day but no complaints they got right to work. It took a few hours and the carpet is beautiful. Thanks.

The Family Floors staff were the ultimate professionals. They moved the furniture in a most creative way to open up the floor. The carpet was laid perfectly and looks spectacular. We are very happy with the results. Thank you so much!
