Chartae is very personable and patient with her clients.(She was recommended to me by a friend.) She very knowledgeable in what information is needed /not needed for filling out and filing tax forms. The price I paid to have my taxes done this year was a huge improvement(a big reduction in price) in what I've paid in many years past to other (more popular, advertised tax prep companies). I was able to get a digital copy of my tax return , download it and make a physical copy for my own benefit(at home, 52 pages), without paying the extra exorbitant fee for each sheet of paper used for a physical copy of tax return like the popular tax prep companies charge. I will definitely be using LTN services next tax season. Thank you for all your help.
