Flipping our thermostat down to sixty-eight did absolutely nothing, leaving us stuck in total silence with a non-responsive climate system. The repairman checked our safety switches and discovered that our floating drain pan switch had triggered due to a blocked condensate line. He cleared the slime buildup out of the drainage pipe, allowing the safety mechanism to reset normally. The system fired right back up instantly, saving us from a hot night.

My HVAC repair experience was very positive. Clarity was the most notable thing. They made it easy to understand what caused the problem. My unit was unstable before. Now, it is more durable and responsive to me.

We should have hurried inspecting the heating, or we were going to freeze. The technician came in time and provided an excellent service. It was a highly dependable and trustworthy work.
